Responsibilities include:

• Project management support and general administrative tasks
• Supporting the project team, including taking meeting minutes
• Assisting the Lead Project Manager with reports, plan updates, configuration management, commercials, and change management
• Creating and maintaining project logs (product, risk, issue, dependency, change)
• Supporting onboarding activities for Contractor Resources, including creating onboarding plans and liaising with the Scheduling and Planning Manager
• Arranging security clearances in coordination with relevant authorities
• Scheduling and organizing onboarding sessions and start-up meetings

Due to the urgency of this role, candidates with or who have held high-level security clearance are preferred. Successful applicants will need to undergo security clearance, which may take up to 10 weeks.
