Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer with previous experience in a similar role, excellent customer service, administration, organisational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office, is required for a leading brand implementation and graphics company based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire.

SALARY: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Hybrid working considered. Candidates should reside within a commutable distance to Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, West Midlands.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator / Project Support Officer with relevant experience. The role involves coordinating the management of fleet/rail/architectural re-brand projects and managing internal processes related to labour and materials in line with project specifications.

DUTIES

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Working with the Head of Project Management and Project Managers to understand customer requirements.
  2. Liaising with customers to manage objectives and ensure excellent service and delivery.
  3. Collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions that enhance delivery and customer experience.
  4. Handling complaints confidently and escalating issues as necessary.
  5. Scoping installation requirements based on knowledge of materials and products.
  6. Identifying cross-selling opportunities and forwarding them to the Sales team.
  7. Supporting complex programmes of work.
  8. Applying structured problem-solving techniques to identify, assess, and resolve issues.
  9. Coordinating projects with regard to deliverables, budgets, and deadlines, and liaising with departments on discrepancies.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Self-motivated with a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Organised and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly.
  • Ability to manage cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible, results-oriented, and proactive in sourcing information.
