Location: London (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical leads to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining activities, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resources.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to keep projects aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Facilitate agile processes by supporting sprint planning, tracking progress, and managing retrospectives.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks, delays, or resource conflicts that may impact project goals.
  • Assist teams in adapting project scope or timelines to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Promote best practices in development, including regular reviews, effective communication, milestone tracking, and risk management.
  • Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent communication.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Several years’ experience in project coordination, ideally within a product development or technical environment.
  • Proven experience working with multidisciplinary teams, preferably in a start-up or high-growth setting.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
  • A recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP) is desirable.
