Qualifications

  • Experience in admin, coordination, scheduling, or project support roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
  • Experience with Document Management Systems.
  • IOSH certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily activities supporting project delivery both in-office and remotely.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, including Telent and client QEHS procedures.
  • Follow governance, monitoring, and reporting processes.
  • Report on project performance metrics (KPIs), identify risks and issues, and suggest mitigations.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project workstreams in collaboration with other managers.
  • Use guidelines to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Improve service delivery using internal or external processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and Business/Technical Change processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers for site activities, including booking staff and supporting installations.
  • Support project milestones, documentation, and material ordering.
  • Assist with project database updates, site handovers, and meeting preparations.
  • Contribute to monthly contract reviews and financial reporting.

Job Description: Project Coordinator

Telent is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Network Services Project team, due to increased workload within the Networks Infrastructure sector. This role offers a HYBRID / Agile working arrangement, requiring presence at the Warwick office (CV34 5AH) up to 2 days per week, with the possibility of working from home. Flexibility to travel to Warwick and holding a UK driving license are preferred.

Applicants must have full Right to Work in the UK and be eligible for SC Clearance.

The successful candidate will support the Project Management team in delivering a network refresh project, which involves decommissioning old and installing new routing devices across business premises. Your responsibilities include coordinating schedules, ensuring project readiness, and supporting successful project delivery.

  • Attention to detail and accurate data handling.
  • Knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
  • Experience with Document Management Systems.
  • IOSH certification is desirable.
