Job Mission

The role involves overseeing the execution of projects and managing office operations to ensure smooth project delivery and administrative efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lifting Automation Project Delivery:
  • Order parts from suppliers.
  • Coordinate installation processes with customers.
  • Communicate with the engineering team regarding the RAMS installation process.
  • Invoice customers.
  • Conduct End of Year Process with Admin Team and lead and manage the admin team on a daily basis.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • Experience in manufacturing sales offices.

Experience and Education

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
