Join our team as a Project Coordinator!

We are looking for a resourceful, dynamic individual to join our Client Onboarding Department. This position would be a 12-month fixed term contract. Located within the vibrant community of Hoults Yard, our modern offices provide an inspiring work environment. Situated on the edge of the Ouseburn Valley, you'll have access to flourishing creative networks, rich local heritage, and a lively social scene.

The Opportunity

The Project Coordinator will manage project status, communications, and timelines. You will be responsible for:

  1. Updating project status in Asana and providing regular stakeholder updates
  2. Collaborating with consultants to ensure project scope and deliverables are met
  3. Signing off on scope for small to medium-sized projects
  4. Managing billing requests and ensuring ARR targets are met
  5. Tracking time in Toggl and aligning it with project data and estimates
  6. Holding project kick-off calls & regular status meetings with clients for small to medium sized projects
  7. Communicating clear and detailed project updates
