Project Coordinator / Manager – Cladding / Fire Safety & Major Works (Property Management)

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum

Location: Manchester

Our client is one of the top 3 managing agents in the northwest, managing buildings primarily in Manchester but also in Liverpool. Several buildings have ongoing cladding/fire safety remedial work requiring administration and project management, working closely with the cladding contractor’s project manager. They also oversee smaller projects such as redecoration, roof replacements, and window installations. They seek a candidate to handle project administration and management, ensuring regular updates to the team and clients.

The ideal candidate should have property management experience, preferably with project management skills or qualifications. Familiarity with the Building Safety Act and current fire legislation is highly desirable to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and scheduling of works
  • Updating trackers and systems daily
  • Participating in internal and external meetings
  • Collecting site information and reporting on timesheets and invoices
  • Resolving delays and disruptions in project timelines
  • Providing updates to Homes England
  • Performing other administrative duties as required
