Zinc works with a broad range of governmental, NGO, and private sector clients, including the UK Home Office (HO); the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and UN agencies and missions; and foundations.
Outline of the job
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and programmatic support across several of Zinc’s large information integrity and civil society support projects. They will support Senior Project Managers to ensure project delivery on time and to high standards. Responsibilities include writing and reviewing project documents, contributing to research, quarterly reporting, and general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and note-taking. This is an entry-level position with potential for growth.
The role involves collaboration with a regional team across Europe. The ideal candidate should have a passion for information integrity and a deep understanding of the Eastern and Central European region. The position is based in London, with an expectation to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
