Support logistics including crew, travel, accommodation, catering, kit, print, giveaways, venue liaison and onsite preparation. Attend site visits and live events where required, supporting onsite setup, team support and general assistance onsite. Help ensure all supplier and project information is captured accurately and shared with the project team.
  • Budget & Reconciliation Support Support Procim administration, timesheets, purchase orders, supplier invoices, budget trackers and post-event reconciliation. Help gather final supplier actuals, expenses, project information and reporting inputs after each event. Support the creation of case study materials and final project reports where required.
