  • Hours: Monday-Friday 10am-5:30pm

We are looking for a project coordinator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail to join a thriving research company in Brighton.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience working within an office environment and possess strong telephone and administrative skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding project requirements
  • Creating respondent screeners and profile sheets
  • Conducting recruitment telephone calls and confirming participant data
  • Conducting telephone interviews and recording information
  • Completing documentation and entering data into systems
  • Liaising with external recruitment partners to coordinate work and verify incoming data
  • Handling logistical tasks such as booking venues and catering
  • Providing project updates and progress reports to Project Managers, including highlighting challenges
