Job Description:

My client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the timely delivery of facilities management projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage multiple FM projects from start to finish.
  • Resolve delays by coordinating with contractors and internal teams.
  • Keep project documentation and reports up to date.
  • Support scheduling, planning, and communication across stakeholders.
