Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to support our senior leadership and engineering teams in delivering high-impact programs. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing project schedules, tracking budgets, and facilitating effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support senior management in planning and coordinating weekly meetings, program reviews, and technical deep dives.
  • Manage meeting agendas and document minutes.
  • Track project plans and schedules, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups with engineering teams.
  • Collect and consolidate weekly status updates and maintain action logs.
  • Analyse and present monthly financial and budget reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Administer risk management processes by tracking product issues and maintaining burndown charts.
  • Lead internal documentation migration projects and manage access permissions on platforms like SharePoint.
  • Facilitate team-wide communications and support engagement initiatives, including recognition events and off-site activities.
  • Oversee team fleet logistics and contribute to transport service improvements based on employee feedback.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project coordination or engineering support roles.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience with budget tracking and risk management is a plus.
