Job description

Position Title: Project Coordinator - Early Years and Stakeholder Engagement NI

Advertising Reference: 2423

Location: Hybrid working from Northern Ireland

Status: Fixed Term - 12 months with potential for extension, 35 hours per week (1 FTE)

Salary: (Band 3) £28,665 (National weighting) with generous benefits package including 30 days annual leave plus Bank holidays, and 3 days of Christmas closure.

Our client is part of a large national children's charity who for over 60 years has been building a better childhood for all.

The charity has worked with and for the PHA and other key stakeholders in Northern Ireland for over 10 years to improve outcomes for children, young people and families. As part of the organisation's contract with PHA they have supported the development of the Infant Mental Health Framework, the effective implementation of evidence-based programmes for children and families, and the emerging policy and practice space for early years and family support.

This role will work closely with the NI Programme Manager to coordinate project activities and provide high-level project support primarily for the work of the Early Childhood Unit in Northern Ireland. The post holder will also be responsible for coordination of the organisation-wide NI Community of Practice and will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the NI Director and Assistant Director on maintaining and growing the charity's stakeholder engagement efforts in NI.
