Job summary

Quartzelec is seeking a Project Coordinator to successfully deliver projects by coordinating information, monitoring progress and maintaining controls. You will ensure effective communication between customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders while supporting cost tracking and commercial reporting.

Based in Rugby, the role involves planning, cost management and documentation control to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operations support, coordination or admin role within manufacturing or project-based environment.
• Experience using ERP systems (Unit4 or similar).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project programmes, milestones, trackers and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress, highlight risks or delays requiring attention.
• Coordinate activities between operations, engineering, commercial and SHEQ teams.
• Raise and process purchase orders and monitor supplier deliveries.
• Maintain project information in ERP systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Produce project status reports, cost summaries and management information.
• Support ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 compliance and audit close-out.
