The Project and Continuous Improvement Coordinator oversees daily on-site project services at Wick, managing a program of works for continuous improvement. The role is primarily based at Wick, with potential travel to Hensingham and Warrington, expenses covered.
Responsibilities include maintaining budget adherence, evaluating daily activities, engaging with stakeholders, and managing multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Serving as a customer escalation point, supporting process improvements, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality standards, and contractual obligations are key.
Key objectives include budget management, project management aligned with PRINCE2, planning, execution, reporting, quality, risk management, stakeholder engagement, resource management, process improvement, and client relationship management.
