This well-established company specialises in delivering a comprehensive range of construction and maintenance services to housing associations. From new housing developments to mechanical and electrical (M&E) works, they manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Following continued growth and a great pipeline of work, they are now seeking a Repairs and Valuations Technician to join their expanding team.
Based in the office near King's Lynn, this role involves supporting the accurate costing and invoicing of repair and maintenance work for housing association clients. You'll work with different client systems, apply agreed rates, raise invoices, and ensure all job information is recorded correctly. The position also includes helping the team understand completed work and ensuring accurate valuations are submitted for approval.
The ideal candidate will be methodical, analytical, and a strong communicator, with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing needs. They should be within commuting distance, comfortable in an office-based role, and have strong computer skills along with experience working with clients and analysing data.
