Project Coordinator - Must have FM, Construction or Fire experience

Salary/Rate: 32,000 - 36,000 per annum

Location: DA2, Hawley, Kent

Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with proven experience in Facilities Management, Construction, or Fire to join an award-winning, rapidly growing company. No two days will be the same as you react to tasks, organise schedules, and track project progress.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Managing and leading the Facilities Management fire stopping Project Department.
  2. Liaising with the Sales Team to onboard new projects and analysing requirements for FM jobs.
  3. Managing team members and contractors, including obtaining quotes and dealing with queries.
  4. Updating and maintaining project documentation and quote systems.
  5. Sending quotes to clients and raising invoices upon project completion.
  6. Tracking, monitoring, and reporting on project progress using Excel and other systems.
  7. Responding to client requests and allocating engineers across the UK.
Requirements
  • Proven experience supporting multiple projects and managing subcontractors.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to suggest process improvements.
