About the role

6-month Fixed Term Contract | IMMEDIATE START

We are excited to be partnering with a well-known FMCG manufacturer that is experiencing impressive, consistent double-digit growth!

This business is well known in the market for its innovative product range that is constantly growing, due to investment and focus on innovation and NPD.

Manufacturing here in the UK, this business has built a strong reputation for creating high-quality products, that are good for you and the environment.

Due to extensive growth, the business is expanding and moving to a larger site; in this role, you will be an incremental part of coordinating this transition.

You will…
– Assist in the development of the project plan, identifying key areas of focus for each team internally, and setting and managing task deadlines.
– Support with Critical Path Management, ensuring that key deadlines are met by tracking progress against the project plan.
– Communicate will all internal stakeholders across Operations, Logistics, Commercial, Finance & more, to ensure the team is working cohesively and effectively to the project plan.
– Report back to Senior Leadership on progress, timelines and budget management, ensuring that the project plan and wider business goals are met.

You need…
– A minimum of 2 years of project or operational experience within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence and form relationships with key stakeholders.
– Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
– Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Availability to start a new role immediately.
