Job Title – Project Coordinator

Job Location – Hertfordshire

Salary – £25k – £30k

Our client is an international logistics provider that offers bespoke solutions for art handling, installation and art transport, and are a trusted partner to leading artists, commercial galleries, collectors and public museums worldwide.

They are recruiting a Project Coordinator to join a rapidly growing team, to assist with the scheduling, administration, and coordination of projects from the planning stage through to completion.

In this role the Project Coordinator will offer office-based support in the realisation of jobs led by the Project department.

Within this role the Project Coordinator will work with clients (who include art galleries, museums, private and public institutions, artists, auction houses and private clients), suppliers and colleagues to help ensure the smooth running and success of the department.

The Project department consists of 7 Project Managers, many of whom combine office and on-site working.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamlining and facilitating company processes
  • Supporting the Project team
  • Diary planning
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Arranging travel/accommodation
  • Use a bespoke digital system to set up estimates for clients
  • Manage warehouse stock
  • Prepare Invoice

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Experience of working within or have an interest and knowledge of the visual arts sector is desirable
  • Positive and flexible approach
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong communicator
  • Thrives working in a team
  • Excellent computer literacy: experience with CAD software is desirable but not essential.
  • They will be customer focused with excellent customer service and impeccable attention to detail
