Job description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator & Analyst to join the Project Management Office (PMO) team.

This key support role works alongside Project Managers to help deliver high-quality outcomes across IT and business change projects. You'll support the development of project documentation, run collaborative workshops, analyse data, and help manage project risks — all while ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work on...

  • Supporting the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and delivering successful projects across IT and wider business change.
  • Producing key project documentation, including scope, requirements, readiness testing, and budget tracking.
  • Coordinating and facilitating workshops to gather input, prioritise tasks, and align stakeholders.
  • Analysing project data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitoring project risks and supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
  • Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Performing other engaging project tasks as needed.
