Job summary

Une entreprise innovante dans le domaine des véhicules électriques recherche un 'Programme Coordinator' pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Le candidat idéal sera responsable de la planification et de la coordination des programmes de véhicules, tout en collaborant avec le Project Manager et les équipes internes pour garantir la réussite des projets. Une expérience dans l'industrie automobile ainsi qu'un diplôme STEM sont requis.

Qualifications

• Diplôme dans un domaine scientifique, technologique, d'ingénierie ou mathématique.
• Capacité à établir des partenariats inter-fonctionnels pour assurer le succès du projet.

Responsibilities

• Travailler avec le Project Manager pour développer, piloter et mettre en œuvre les objectifs du projet.
• Gérer les communications et les livrables de toutes les parties prenantes du projet.
• Suivre les réalisations du projet, notamment dans le développement de produits.

Job description

Our client, a pioneering electric vehicle developer, is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Programme Coordinator to join their dynamic team. You will support the planning and coordination of innovative vehicle programmes, helping ensure key activities remain on track. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager with a key focus on understanding and enhancing how product development collaborates with different teams across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Project Manager to develop, drive, and implement project goals
• Manage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project
• Track project accomplishments
• Product Development, rather than facilities & manufacturing
• Establish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project success

Requirements

• Degree educated (STEM)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
• Technical background required with some experience within automotive industry - So they know how the different functions contribute to the product development life-cycle.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (ideally MS Project)
