Position Title: Project Co-Ordinator

Reports To: Account Director

Overview

Responsible for coordinating project activities across a portfolio of clients. Core duties include tracking timelines, managing budgets, overseeing logistics for events (e.g., webinars, recordings, meetings), and ensuring timely project delivery. Some international and domestic travel may be required, as well as flexibility to support global time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Develop and maintain project timelines; monitor task completion and ensure projects are closed out with proper documentation.
  • Event Logistics: Support planning and delivery of events, including team and speaker logistics such as travel and scheduling.
  • Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong client relationships and uphold service standards.
  • Communication: Prepare and distribute status updates, meeting agendas, and reports; ensure communications are accurately documented and shared.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, business, or management).
  • At least 1 year of project coordination or management experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (2–3 times per year, UK and international).
