A leading trade merchant in Warwick is seeking a Customer Solution Coordinator to support customer sales and manage various solutions. This full-time role offers hybrid working and requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. Qualifications

  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel including ability to use V-look ups.
  • Excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills.
  • Plumbing and heating knowledge would be desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to build excellent rapport with our customers.

  • Supporting and driving growth of customer sales and margin through effective management of various solutions and projects.
  • Onboarding new customers and planning the implementation of the Wolseley Van Stock solutions.

As a Customer Solution Coordinatorbased at our Warwick Support Centre you’ll be responsible for:

Supporting and driving growth of customer sales and margin through effective management of various solutions and projects i.e. Wolseley Van Stock and Waste

Onboarding new customers and planning the implementation of the Wolseley Van Stock solutions, including leading on communication with providers, customers and internal teams including branches

Understanding the customers requirements and creating product catalogues for them to use

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm. We offer hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Plumbing and heating knowledge would be desirable but not essential

Ability to build excellent rapport with our customers and maintain a consistent level of customer service
