Qualifications

  • Confident user of Microsoft Excel including ability to use V-look ups.
  • Excellent attention to detail with great organisational skills.
  • Plumbing and heating knowledge would be desirable but not essential.

As a Customer Solution Coordinator based at our Warwick Support Centre you’ll be responsible for:

  • S upporting and driving growth of customer sales and margin through effective management of various solutions and projects i.e. Wolseley Van Stock and Waste

  • Onboarding new customers and planning the implementation of the Wolseley Van Stock solutions, including leading on communication with providers, customers and internal teams including branches

  • Understanding the customers requirements and creating product catalogues for them to use

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am – 5pm. We offer hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
