Responsibilities:

• Manage deployments of Customer Product tools globally, including setup of policies, contracts, user uploads, and site testing within platform guidelines.
• Configure site to meet client needs and provide subject matter expertise to internal teams.
• Implement customer product tools into fulfillment centers worldwide, maintaining detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, sales, and operations to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Engage with clients to set expectations, interpret travel policies, and manage user enrolments.
• Test and troubleshoot site functionalities, including travel policies and pricing.
• Contribute to improving implementation quality, standardization, and documentation globally.
• Collaborate with global teams and contribute to departmental goals and metrics.
• Update management regularly and act as a subject matter expert.
• Work with Product Development to assess new vendor offerings and support implementation processes.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Deep knowledge of web/internet/server technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects.
• Experience in project management, deployment, and online business tools preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate travel and airline industry policies and contracts.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with GDS systems like Amadeus/Sabre and booking tools like Concur.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment and prioritize workload effectively.
