This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and a keen interest in telecoms or infrastructure to grow within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports
  • Manage documentation and ensure accurate tracking of permits, drawings, reports, and compliance files
  • Coordinate and support project meetings: scheduling, minute-taking, and action tracking
  • Maintain project tracking systems including RAID logs, spreadsheets, and status dashboards
  • Help process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses, supporting financial tracking
  • Facilitate communication between field teams, internal departments, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Support the preparation of risk assessments, method statements, and safety audit documentation
  • Help ensure projects meet Health & Safety, Streetworks, and internal quality standards
  • Assist with logistics, including tracking material deliveries and resource allocation
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to keep operations running efficiently

What You'll Need

  • 1-2 years in a project support, admin, or coordination role - ideally in telecoms, construction, or engineering
  • Familiarity with project workflows and managing documentation in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of project management principles or tools (e.g. Gantt charts, trackers)

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and shared document systems
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to prioritise effectively
  • Flexible, willing to learn, and eager to grow with the role

Qualifications & Technical Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A-Levels or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable)
  • Familiarity with project software like MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira (preferred but not essential)
