Job Description

We are recruiting a Project Coordinator for our sites in Heathrow, Midlands, or Birchwood Park. As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee strategic project coordination, supporting high-level business initiatives and ensuring their effective delivery within the organization.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and monitor strategic projects, supporting planning and delivery
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, schedules, and performance updates
  • Facilitate cross-departmental communication and accountability
  • Organize workshops, reviews, and meetings
  • Identify operational risks, flag delays, and suggest corrective actions
  • Gather data for reports and dashboards
  • Manage logistics for leadership team engagements
  • Prepare meeting materials and track actions
  • Assist in internal and external communications, including briefings and presentations
  • Support stakeholders in key engagements
  • Handle sensitive information discreetly
  • Monitor priorities and deadlines to ensure leadership alignment
