Job description

Job Description

Whether you're an experienced Project Coordinator or have the admin, organisation, and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, this role could be your next big opportunity. We’re on the lookout for someone to join an established, family-run shopfitting company, supporting a variety of fit-out projects for both independent businesses and brands. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience across all areas of the business, with plenty of opportunities for training and development.

The Role Offers:
  • Varied and interesting work – Supporting multiple projects across retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors
  • A collaborative team environment – A non-corporate culture where everyone, from management to site teams, works together
  • Training & development – Opportunities to learn new skills and gain experience in different areas of the business

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll join a small but supportive team, working closely with the Project Manager and other office staff who are always on hand to help. While the role is largely office-based, you’ll also get a variety of visiting clients and sites around once per week, giving you a real insight into how projects come to life. Duties include:

  • Handling administration and documentation for multiple projects
  • Communicating with clients, suppliers, and contractors by email and phone
  • Scheduling and logistics, including booking site teams, materials, and equipment
  • Assisting with health & safety paperwork and compliance documentation
  • Organising meetings, taking minutes, and tracking project progress
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience within a similar project coordination or office management role
  • Experience in construction, shopfitting, or property maintenance would be a bonus
  • Strong work ethic along with a flexible approach to work
  • A valid driving licence is beneficial for occasional site visits
Other Information:
  • Office-based with occasional travel to sites
  • Mon – Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
  • Christmas Shutdown
