Job Opportunity: Project Coordinator at Gratte Brothers Foodservice Solutions

Our Foodservice Solutions division (also known as Gratte Brothers Catering Equipment Ltd) is offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator. The salary range for this role is between £25,000-£27,000, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will report to the Service & Operations Director and collaborate with the project management and internal sales teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Key responsibilities include:

1. Processing projects from order to procurement and invoicing.
2. Uploading equipment details onto service software.
3. Collaborating closely with Project and Key Account Managers.
4. Organizing pre- and post-handover meetings.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date Project Trackers.
6. Liaising with Supply Chain to ensure timely deliveries aligned with project schedules.
7. Keeping clients informed about delivery and installation timelines.

The ideal candidate will be a confident and clear communicator, capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders is essential. Previous experience in the commercial catering industry is desirable but not mandatory.
