Project Coordinator - Sittingbourne – Hybrid

My client, a leader in their field, is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. They are known in the market for their positive reputation and are looking to grow their team due to rapid growth.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers and suppliers daily
  • General administration duties
  • Creating orders on the system and scheduling works
  • Creating invoices and setting up part numbers
  • Attending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholders

Essential Skillset:

  • Previous experience in the supply chain industry
  • Experience dealing with export documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists
  • 5+ GCSEs with a minimum of grade C or above
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience on ERP systems/databases
