In this role, you'll become the go-to person for everything related to product listings and data, working cross-functionally with purchasing, warehousing, creative, and marketing teams to ensure each product is accurately documented and listed.

From coordinating product specs to troubleshooting mismatched weights, your work will have a direct impact on the business’s day-to-day success.

Some of the Project Coordinator duties will be:

  • Maintaining and developing a centralised product database
  • Uploading and coordinating key product details:images, spec sheets, weights, sizes, and commodity codes
  • Tracking products from order through to listing and ensuring deadlines are met across departments
  • Ensuring all items are listed with complete and optimised information for eCommerce platforms
  • Working with the warehouse team to resolve logistical or data issues
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in inventory accuracy and product data management
We’re looking for someone who is naturally detail-focused and loves organising information. You must have used spreadsheets and be confident communicating with colleagues to keep things moving.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a difference in a business that values accountability and trust.
