Pay: £50,000 to £54,573 depending on experience

Wilson James has a great opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced, innovative team. As a Project Coordinator you will work closely with the Project Manager, providing coordination and general facilitation support for a variety of diverse and exciting security projects. The ideal candidate should be a confident and forward thinking individual with demonstrable methodical and analytical skills. The work that you do is pivotal to the successful, smooth running of the entire operation.

You will be a good team player capable of following company procedures but also prepared to think your way around problems and adapt to any challenges that come your way. You will also be given the opportunity to have direct project

management accountability.

About The Role

As a Project Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Support end-to-end planning and coordination of projects
  • Develop and maintain plans and project schedules
  • Manage changes in project timeline
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
  • Produce and track key performance indicators
  • Develop and support reporting processes
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data sets relating to the employer's business
  • Prepare reports for internal and external audiences using business analytics reporting tools
  • Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to present and communicate.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in a similar role

  • Google Suite proficiency.
