We have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Project Executive to join a leading professional membership body operating within the financial services sector on a 10-month maternity cover contract, working 4 days a week. This is a London based role working on a hybrid basis 1 day a week in the office, and is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong administrative skills able to support the function and delivery of the projects department.

The Project Executive will be responsible for planning and scheduling project meetings, preparing agendas, creating meeting notes, preparing documentation and reporting on key KPIs on each project. This role will be key in ensuring good engagement across the association via emails and calls with key stakeholders both internally and externally with their members.
The successful candidate will have good administrative experience, with the ability to work in a professional office environment with confidence in working with different stakeholders as well as exceptional writing skills and superb attention to detail. Enthusiasm, drive and a results-driven attitude is important, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
