Your Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering various projects across the business.

  • Planning and scheduling of works
  • Updating trackers/systems daily
  • Participating in internal and external meetings
  • Managing and delivering project expectations
  • Collecting information from sites and reporting on timesheets and invoices
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve delays and disruptions
  • Working with both office and field staff
  • Understanding work instructions and job packs
  • Tracking work progress and prioritizing tasks
  • Creating and updating SLDs
  • Performing other administrative duties as required
  • Exhibiting good interpersonal skills
  • Communicating effectively in both written and verbal forms
  • Being a team player and eager to develop skills
  • Using Microsoft Office packages proficiently
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Managing deadlines and workload priorities
  • Having knowledge of the telecoms industry
