  • Planning & Scheduling of works
  • Updating trackers/systems on a daily basis
  • Internal & External meetings
  • Managing & Delivering glide expectations
  • Collecting information from site and reporting on timesheets and invoices
  • Work with the wider team in resolving delays and disruptions to the program
  • Working with both office and field staff
  • Understand the requirements of a works instruction / job pack
  • Keeping track of the workstack and helping prioritise works
  • Creation and updates to SLD's
  • Other administrative duties as required

Future Network Solutions(FNS) have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our existing team in Leeds.

Your Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering various projects across the business.

These duties include:

  • Planning & Scheduling of works
  • Updating trackers/systems on a daily basis
  • Internal & External meetings
  • Managing & Delivering glide expectations
  • Collecting information from site and reporting on timesheets and invoices
