Project Coordinator

Mon - Friday, 8am to 5pm (early finish Friday)

£27k to £29k DOE

Prestige Recruitment Specialists Hull are currently supporting one of our valued clients in their search for a dedicated Project Coordinator.

The company is a well-known Bathroom Manufacturer based in Hull. This is a full-time role for maternity cover with working hours being Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work from their office base full time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Customer onboarding ensuring all customers fully adopt and understand our product and key milestones at the point of order to achieve a seamless project and delivery.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  3. Track project progress and provide regular updates to our clients and project manager.
  4. Coordinate project meetings, including preparation of agendas and minute-taking.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and records.
  6. Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for projects.
  7. Ensure effective communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  8. Handle administrative tasks related to project management, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Project Coordinator Person Spec

Although advantageous, a manufacturing background is not strictly required. However, you do need to have experience within project management, as you will be assigned your own portfolio of clients. The ability to build strong working relationships and manage multiple projects at the same time is essential. You will be the main point of contact for all parties involved in your projects from point of sale to installation, as some projects take many months to complete. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize is essential.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a project coordinator or similar role.
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills.
  3. Excellent customer service abilities.
  4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  7. High attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
