Location: Heysham 1

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Competitive + excellent benefits package

Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday 07:45–16:15 | Friday 07:45–12:45

Join Dalkia as a Project Coordinator at Heysham 1 – where no two days are the same.

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team at Heysham 1. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a range of projects delivered by third-party contractors, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a variety of projects across the station
  • Coordinating with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely, effective project delivery
  • Overseeing projects from inception to completion
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, including EDF, to maintain strong working relationships
  • Leading meetings with subcontractors and vendors to support and oversee maintenance activities

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in leading and coordinating projects
  • Background in a highly regulated industry (e.g., energy, nuclear, utilities)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A reliable, adaptable team player with a proactive mindset and strong work ethic
