Project Coordinator

Are you keen to make a difference in the construction industry? We’re on the lookout for a driven Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you’ll support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects valued at $150M and above, working closely with our project managers, contractors, and subcontractors. Your strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
2. Coordinate efforts with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery.
3. Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and relevant regulations.
4. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and change orders.
5. Track progress, update milestones, and proactively address any issues to keep projects on schedule.

About you :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2–3 years of post-graduate experience in project coordination or management within the construction sector.
3. Proven experience delivering large-scale projects valued at $100M+.
4. Strong organisational and time management capabilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Proficiency with construction project management tools and software.
8. Sound understanding of construction contracts and regulatory requirements.
