Job description

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Salary: £26,000-£28,000
Location: Hatfield
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:30am - 4:30pm

SKILLS REQUIRED
  1. Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role
  2. Highly organised and good attention to detail
  3. Background in construction is desirable
  4. Good numerical skills
  5. Ability to use your own initiative and prioritise workload
  6. Thrives under pressure
  7. Excellent communication skills
  8. UK Driving Licence

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Support Project Manager(s)
  2. Create and issue project documents (technical submissions, client templates, AOB)
  3. Compile Risk & Method Statements (RAMS)
  4. Manage document control
  5. Handle supplier and subcontractor invoicing and purchase orders
  6. Send and track the UFH controls
  7. Arrange final UFH testing appointments and issue updates to the client
  8. Coordinate deliveries and arrange labour
  9. Provide subcontractor support for compliance (e.g., toolbox talks)
  10. Manage telecommunications
