Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to lead and manage projects from initial assessment through to completion. This role plays a key part in coordinating property upgrades, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035/2030 standards, and delivering high-quality outcomes across energy efficiency programs.

The role would suit a bright, ambitious individual who is keen to develop their career in a fast-growing organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with PAS 2035/2030
  • Coordinate with installers, contractors, and assessors to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
  • Use systems to process and oversee surveys, designs, and installations
  • Maintain accurate project records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear guidance and updates throughout the project lifecycle

About You

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • A collaborative team player who takes initiative and ownership
