We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Sales Team. Acting as the central link between our Project Consultants, Clients, and Operations team, you will safeguard the quality and precision of every project, ensuring our customers receive nothing less than perfection.

Responsibilities
  • Provide seamless admin support and office back-up for the Account Manager.
  • Ensure outstanding customer experiences through clear, timely communication.
  • Manage sales orders, raise quotes, and provide accurate project administration.
  • Deliver detailed product and technical advice (full training provided).
  • Liaise with internal teams to keep clients informed every step of the way.
  • Resolve technical and product queries swiftly and effectively.
  • Schedule activities accurately, updating customer data in the CRM.
  • Handle small but crucial schedule revisions at final project stages.
