Are you an experienced information handler, who can organise and communicate effectively across stakeholders and internal teams? Do you have strong Microsoft office skills? Would you be interested in building your career in a role which will give you variety, challenge, and plenty of scope for learning?

Sounds interesting? Then, read on.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

As a Project Coordinator you’ll be playing a significantly important role in the successful support of the design teams, organising events, and liaison with external supply chain. You’ll work alongside the design managers and project teams to track and dispense the information needed to do their jobs effectively.

In this role you’ll be responsible for updating programme monitoring tools, tracking team performance and training records, as well as organising management meetings and attending to facilitate smooth running.

You’ll have experience of producing data and preparing monthly performance reports using various statistics, as well as experience of working within a team environment. As a Project Coordinator you’ll be well organised and have meticulous attention to detail, as well as excellent communication, report writing and presentation skills.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities. We employ thousands of people from across our community who really care about what they do. Because that is how we do what we do.
