  • Analyse data, including from Axiell Collections, to inform decision‑making.
  • Coordinate stakeholder communications and resource scheduling.
  • Monitor risk and performance to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Support funding applications and contribute to digital content development.
  • Maintain project records in line with Museum Archive standards, acting as the Departmental Records Officer.

You’ll provide high‑quality management support and project coordination to senior leadership, ensuring that strategic goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Demonstrable experience in operational roles, with a clear understanding of how to manage systems and processes effectively.
  • Strong communication and team‑working skills, with a track record of working collaboratively across complex organisations and with external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Proven ability to support the administration of large budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Confidence in decision‑making, especially in complex situations, with the ability to elevate appropriately to senior managers.
  • Experience in business planning and KPI monitoring, contributing to strategic alignment and performance tracking.
  • Excellent general administration skills, including minute‑taking and maintaining accurate records.
  • Competence in digital tools, including Microsoft Office, project management software, and relational databases.
  • A clear understanding of accountability, ownership, and good governance, and how these principles apply in a museum context.
