Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team of an established FM company on a temporary basis, offering an immediate start and plenty of opportunity to develop your skills within project coordination in a flexible working environment.

Role and Location

Role: Project Coordinator

Location: WFH or based in London if local to you

Working Week and Compensation

Working week: Monday to Friday 9-5

Hourly rate: £18-21 depending on experience

Contract length: Ongoing

Responsibilities
  • Planning of projects and coordinating work flow
  • Tracking projects and ensuring KPI’s/SLA’s are adhered to
  • Data analysis
  • Dealing with contract documentation and organisation
  • Communicating with multiple stakeholders/FM teams to ensure all communications are accurate and up to date
  • Utilising systems such as PowerPoint, Excel, CAFM
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in an FM environment
  • Experience in administration and data management
  • Experience dealing with stakeholders and third parties to ensure coordination of projects or similar
  • Understanding of Microsoft packages and IT systems such as PowerPoint, Excel, CAFM, etc.

We would like to speak to anyone with FM Scheduler, Facilities maintenance scheduler, Repairs planner, Repairs scheduler, Maintenance coordinator, Project assistant, Data analyst, or Project administrator experience.
