Where will you be working?

What will you be doing?

This role will be within our MEICA and capital maintenance team. Our Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) experts offer a one-stop solution, including ongoing operation and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the management team and other departments, including diary management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
  2. Document Management: Organise and maintain company records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date, properly filed, and easily accessible for audits and internal use.
  3. Customer and Supplier Communication: Act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers, handling inquiries, managing correspondence, and ensuring timely responses.
  4. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on administrative activities, project progress, and other relevant metrics for the management team.
  5. Coordination: Work closely with other departments to support their administrative needs and ensure seamless operations.
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the engineering, technology, or industrial sectors.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Experience with document management systems.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
