Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and keen to develop your skills in a collaborative and supportive law firm? We're looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Transformation and Project Management Team, playing a key part in delivering a diverse range of business and technology projects across the firm.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting end-to-end delivery of a wide variety of projects, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and to our high standards.
- Coordinating meetings, tracking actions, and maintaining up-to-date project documentation.
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including project managers, operational teams and end users.
- Collaborating as part of a close-knit team in a modern hybrid environment where your ideas and initiative are valued.
What we're looking for:
- The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative, project support, or coordination role, with a strong understanding of project management principles. This could be in an academic setting, or through alternative qualifications (e.g. PMP or PRINCE2)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams, Microsoft Project Online, or similar).
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take initiative.
