You’ll support a large high‑profile programme by coordinating meetings, workstreams, logistics, and reporting across all areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain databases and track progress of tasks
  • Coordinate meetings and workstreams across multiple teams
  • Provide business support to the wider programme team
  • Manage logistics and reporting across all areas of the programme
Qualifications & Experience
  • Strong communication skills and proactive approach
  • Experience in a busy business or project support environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft365 and accuracy in handling high‑volume data
  • Knowledge of project environments, planning, and problem‑solving
  • ITIL Foundation Certificate and experience supporting formal projects is advantageous
  • Valid driving licence and own transport; must be based in Scotland
Work Arrangement & Benefits
  • Remote role; occasional travel to multiple sites required
