An established engineering and construction contractor is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multiple projects across a range of technical and industrial environments. Based in Belfast, this is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to play a key role in project execution and operations support.


You'll work closely with project and site teams to ensure documentation, scheduling, procurement, and compliance tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively - helping to keep projects running smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day-to-day project operations, ensuring clear communication across internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Support with project planning, scheduling, and resource tracking.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including permits, risk assessments, RAMS, and reports.
  • Assist with procurement processes and delivery coordination of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures across all documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the project management team.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years' experience in a project coordination, project support, or operations role, preferably within construction, engineering, or industrial services.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and project documentation systems.
  • A practical, solutions-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.
