Randstad has an opportunity available with Belfast Metropolitan College for a Project Support Coordinator based at the Springvale campus.

Requirements:

• Hold a qualification at level 5 (or above) in any discipline PLUS at least two years' experience supporting programmes/projects
• OR hold a qualification at level 4 (or above) in any discipline PLUS at least three years' experience supporting programmes/projects
• English GCSE (Grade C) OR Equivalent
• Maths GCSE (Grade C) OR Equivalent
• Experience of establishing processes and/or procedures that support successful programme or project delivery
• Experience of developing and implementing marketing campaigns
• Experience of monitoring a budget to successfully draw down funding
• Enhanced vetting will be required prior to start date for the post

Responsibilities:

• Manage processes supporting the successful delivery of programmes, ensuring compliance, finance claims, project management, and evaluation
• Prepare returns to funding agencies via funding portals/CRMs in accordance with grant offer letters
• Collaborate with the Centre Manager and College Marketing team to design and deliver marketing plans that promote engagement and recruitment
• Organise and coordinate programme activities such as webinars, events, and training courses
• Collate financial claims for submission to funders
• Manage procurement and payments for resources, ensuring adherence to college policies
