What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the central support for Project Managers and Engineers
  • Coordinate regional service technician schedules and activities
  • Manage customer orders and service enquiries
  • Assist in material procurement and vendor management
  • Handle invoicing, track costs, and maintain key operational records
  • Represent the team in customer meetings and contract reviews
  • Maintain internal and external communications at a high standard

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in planning and scheduling technical teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • A collaborative mindset with process-driven thinking
  • Prior experience in similar roles is strongly preferred
  • Eligibility to work on UK defence contracts (security clearance required)
